Hi guys. Having a bit of a rough time. Cut long story short 16 years ago I got diagnosed with ms and every year since I suffer anxiety that is worse this time of year. This as well as Corona virus has rattled me a bit and my health anxiety is through the roof.

My therapist says I need to come to terms with the diagnosis before I can move on. Seems simple enough but how? I know others here will have been through difficult times and wondered if I can pick their brains.

One last question, does anyone else get a nervous cough? I assume it is because I dont cough at night when relaxed and asleep.
