I've been having so much anxiety that sometimes life doesn't even feel real anymore. And it feels like i'm walking on a cloud kinda. I can feel my mind is so exhausted from all the worrying, but at the same time i can't stop it worrying. My brain feels so tired... Will i be ok?

Anyone feel this too? It comes in waves sometimes and then it calms down again..
