    1 Step Forward 2 Steps Back

    Ive been feeling pretty awful all day i managed to calm myself down after i had a panic attack on the way to work this morning 'thanks to Tony' - The awful feelings just keep coming and going and im absolutely exhausted with fighting them. I keep saying to myself I am ok il be fine but im still getting the shakes, headaches, im keep making myself sick same old same old.

    I know its all in my head but i feel really weak and pretty useless. Maybe due to lack of sleep and my hectic life i just do not know how to relax at all.

    Hi Frankie,

    Sorry to hear you are having a bad day. Remeber we all have them. Have you done any relaxation excerises or deep breathing today?

    No you aren't making yourself sick. Try to get your mind off the anxiety and that will help you calm down so. An you are going to great job, you keep going to work, even when you were having problems and that's not easy.

    Remember that you are not alone and that we all are here for you.

    I know hun i just feel really helpless at times, ive text my text buddy from here and hes been a brilliant help even as a distraction technique. Ive tried to Do some breathing exercises but im put off with the phones etc etc I clock off at 5 so im going to head home have some tea and make the most of an early night. I feel when im feeling anxious its best to chat about it. Gonna try a wet flannel on the back on my neck and an icy drink see if that helps
