Spilt a bit of a reed diffuser and its set my contamination phobia off

So i spilt a bit of the oil from my reed diffuser on my windowsill, wiped it up with tissue then cleaned ledge with a sponge.

Now i'm worried i got it on my hands and my eye burns so i'm worried its in there even though i don't think it got in there i was wearing glasses.

Now sat here waiting for my hand to get chemical burns, my eye to go blind. And expecting the smell to never leave my room.

Lesson is never use an oil diffuser
