I don’t know when I’m gonna be able to get the sigmoidoscopy done :(. In the meantime this bleeding is driving me to the brink of having a breakdown. Thank you for replying back, so nice to know other people feel what I feel and I’m not overreacting.

Yeah, I know it's the worst feeling ever :(
I found during the peak anxiety period of my struggle that sometimes you have to accept that you may never know what caused the blood. It could be hemherroids, a fissure, something totally benign. I know it's easier said than done though. I had a rigid sigmoidoscopy and was diagnosed with small piles... that was 11 months ago, and I'm still here, fine and well? So I guess it was that. I had strange occurrences of blood too, often it was a little darker than what you would call light, so I had a hard time believing it was piles
@fishmanpa
I’m not though I’m I? It’s not normal to bleed like that everyday, is it ? That to blood that seems to be a darker shade and slightly clotty. So worried
@Toby I honestly wanna get these sigmoidoscopy done these changing bloods with stool is scaring me to my core. It was never this frequent. Like I’ve always had blood in my stool since I can remember but it would go away the very next day but for about a year now it is constant. Scary
Maybe, but the thing is I would never know till I have a camera test. Let’s hope my symptoms don’t worsen by then.
I am in the same boat, literally just posted today! Hope you’re feeling better!
