Twitching in my thigh

I’m really worried 3 days ago o started having a twitch in my upper thigh now and again, and it went away and today it’s come back, I have got no other symptoms I’ve been on lockdown for nearly 3 weeks so dunno if it’s because I’m not that active but I also don’t drink no where near enough so could be dehydrated but I’m also concerned it’s something more sinister I’m so worried

Completely harmless, had that hundreds of times and it goes away of its own accord. Being nervous and worried can cause this and that's understandable under the circumstances.

It will be more apparent where sitting or standing. Some people prefer to move about when this happens, but either way it will eventually calm down. Best way is to carry on with what ever you are doing and pay no attention to it because it is harmless.
