Lump under jaw

Hi

I have had this ongoing issue with an odd feeling under my jawline, basically along teeth line which has resulted me poking and prodding, sometimes very hard on the muscle tissue along there

Well today, i notice a small baby pea sized lump pop up on the very top of the cartridge i think as the back of jaw line meets neck

Id hazard a guess there are lymph nodes all along there, and with my aggressive poking and prodding and pushing hard over the last week ive caused it to come up in a painful manner?

anyone else experienced something similar?
