It's me again

Well I ain't got to tell you how stressful the last few weeks have been. Run out of medication a few days ago. So the panic attacks have ramped up again. You know after 21 years of dealing with this, you'd think it would just go away. But panic is a unwelcome old friend that never really leaves.
I guess what I'm saying to all of you is, don't give up. Come here to NMP and vent, tell your story. Know you're not alone. I guess I needed to be reminded of that fact. Will definitely be checking in a lot more Venus. 😉
