So right, I've had these spots before (and the worry) and they can take 7-10 days to completely clear off. I just use a bit of anti-inflammatory ointment on them as this helps. It's just the same as getting a spot on your face, it takes a week or so to resolve.

Hi ladies:thanks for your words. I am going to stop checking on it. Iím sure anti inflammatory cream is the thing I need but I cannot get to the pharmacy right now so will just put some normal cream

Iím still really stressed. Itís still pink/red and does look like a spot, I just thought it wouldíve gone by now. But cancer would probably grow faster id assume-and cover a larger area.

I think itís also just a stressful time because I canít get to my gyno or dermatologists due to our shelter in place. Iím right around the US epicenter, so we are being told to not even grocery shop this week :/

When I have spots on my breast, the pink area often lasts a couple of weeks.

I get spots on my breasts too, itís just skin like anywhere else but for me they very rarely Ďcome to a headí there just stay below the surface, they can be there for more than a week for me but Iím not one known for the most rigorous skin routine!

They really are very normal though, I have at least one at the moment. I find I get more of them with the birth control Iím on.

    Positive vibes,

    Mouse.
