I know someone else mentioned it but it does sound a bit like restless leg syndrome, my grandma and mom both experience it sometimes (my grandma calls it "happy feet" LOL), its basically just a sensation that makes you feel like you need to move your legs, it also tends to happen to people at night.
Also, it could just be extra energy especially if this lockdown is a big lifestyle change for her, it might just be restlessness and thats the best way for her to describe it/how its manifesting for her.
