Iam a 49 year old man .i have Asperger's and alongside that , frequent anxiety attacks .They mainly happen at night .iam in bed trying to sleep and suddenly feel the walls closing in ,I can't breathe and feel ithat I have to get out of the house into the outdoors .I will walk the streets in any weather trying to calm down .With all that's going on at the moment ,these attack are happening every day and taking over my life I can't sleep or relax at all and feel terrible
