Can gastro discomfort trigger PVCs

Due to anxiety, I have some gastro discomfort. It seems that anxiety affects the gut and vice versa. I've been having pvc the past few days. I read an article that when there is some gastro discomfort and acid reflux, it can upset the vargus nerve and cause misfires that set off skipped beats. Any onsite on the issue?
