Worried sick.

I know I am the same I thought I had overcome it I was doing so well xx covid 19 came and boom one symptom after another. It is hard but it will get better (hopefully) xxx covid 19 cant stay forever that's what my hubby saids anyway I'm praying he is right xxx

It wont stay, and it has a high recovery rate to which is what i keep telling myself so we WILL be fine,its just this feeling i hate the feeling im gonna stop breathing,but i feel fine when im not thinking of it vile, i do hope your day gets better; do you have much planned today? I dont ever realky go out before this just ro baby groups with the baby but im gonna play in the garden today hopefully get my mind of my breathing for abit xx
