    Covid-19 job loss anxiety

Hi everyone, I have suffered from anxiety for about 15 years, it’s mainly been a problem on planes and having panic attacks. I am now in the process of losing my job due to Covid-19 and am probably going to have to retire early. I really enjoy my job and am not really ready to stop work. My GP has me on Mirtazapine which is starting to work and beta blockers as required. Am panicking about what to do with the rest of my life, am not ready to just stop. I have bad periods most days, the virus lockdown is really not helping. Can anyone help me?
