St johns wort?

Has anybody tried this?Its £14.99 a box so before I commit to it I just thought I would check if anybody can recommend it.

Hi there,
The little I know is that there have been mixed reports on it. In some it helps but in others I've heard it has an adverse effect.

I honestly can't remember the detail. Sorry. Hopefully others will know more.

Hi NYC

I am a big fan of SJW and as I thought In was getting better weaned myself off it, made me realise how effective it is and have just started taking it again. Takes about a month to kick in so you have to be patient bu it really works for me.
