Seeing stars

I just saw stars again for no reason. They freak me out and i only started seeing them randomly after being on anti depressants. The thing is im not on anti dep's now but am taking a natural herbal sleep formulla, which hass 5-Htp which works on the serotonin levels as well. I just feel like im going crazy when i see the stars as there is no logical reason for them...its not like i have suddenly stood up or been hit on the head or anything
