I had one over 10 years ago and it was the usual stuff like blood pressure, listen to your heart, test reflexes. They even asked me to "cough" lol. I thought they only did that to the men.
I am not sure whether they do bloods now or not and other stuff such as cholesterol.
I guess it depends what the medical is for.

hi tracy,
i think a medical is just when they check your weight, height, blood pressure, reflexes, blood sugar levels, urine sample and things like that. It's all pretty simple and there's nothing to worry about.

Whats it for Tracy as it depends on whos asking for it what gets routinely done?
A full medical for disability benefit is very different from one for a new job which is different from one to go scuba diving ...
