    Fear/dread

    Hello, I'm feeling so awful today, my stomach is so knotted and an awful fear/dread feeling, I'm also shaking uncontrollably, can anyone relate to this?

    I think most of us here can. It's horrible, but it can be brought under control.

    I am feeling exactly the same. My stomach is churning and get constant sinking feelings. Keep hoping things will get better.
