Controllable local outbreaks are about the best result we can expect until we have a vaccine. We are at a point now that it’s been controlled enough to take baby steps.

The bottom line is we need to get moving again, we can’t wait for a vaccine and until we get one we simply have to learn to live with this virus as best we can.

And it's up to the local authorities of the affected areas to deal with and manage the situation appropriately and effectively, rather than full-on national lockdowns all over again.

Whilst necessary back in late March and through April, such measures should now only really be exercised as an absolute last resort, but ATM, despite our cases seemingly levelling off over the past week or so, we're still way down on the numbers that we had in this country back in early April, though there's still no room for complacency of course.
