Any word on surgery?

A few years back I slipped on icy concrete steps and broke my elbow. As much as I dreaded hearing I needed surgery, the healing and pain were shorter because of it.

Nic is back at the fracture clinic tomorrow morning (Thursday uk time) so will know more then

Nic update......

Nic will undergo surgery on her broken shoulder on Monday..

Understandably she isn't happy and incredibly nervous about it as she will have a general anaesthetic and also has to go through it alone and have no visitors due to the current circumstances regarding Covid-19

Hopefully she will be a lot more comfortable after the surgery and in less pain.

When she rings or messages me I pass on messages from you all and I know she really appreciates them all and she will reply to you all when she gets back online.... so feel free to keep leaving messages for her

I wish her all the very best for Monday and hope that the op will ease her pain and set her off on the road to recovery..Obviously it's such a shame that she is having to go through this alone and in such horrible circumstances but at least the wait for surgery is mercifully short.
