also the nhs do have specialist allergy people. my mum is allergic to alot of stuff as is my niece. dont take any crap and demand a referal. allergies are not to be ignored and need to be controlled like everything else.

i am quite cross u feel they wont refer you its bang out of order.

If you cut them all you won't prove anything.

Every single person I have ever talked to that had allergy testing was sensitive to wheat and dairy which is why the experts don't like these sorts of tests!

Ask your GP for a referral to a nutrionalist and get them to help you. I saw one and it didn't help but I got some good advice lol.

I had the sensitivity tests done at a health farm using this thing you hold in your hand - can't remember the name! It said wheat and dairy too - they all do!

My dietician said don't bother with allergy testing - work out for yourself what aggrevates you or not.

angie babe is there a name on that particular allergy test you had done?I've heard of hair sample allergy test before.
