The pandemic seems to have triggered my anxiety again?

I had been making real progress up until March time, then the pandemic arrived and I worried about that but that worry was soon replaced with worry about how I feel no I feel like I am back to square one. I just feel a constant feeling of foreboding, no panic as such just uncomfortable. Has anyone else had this? I guess it’s probably normal with what’s going on.

I have pretty much the same thing. I am not anxious about getting ill, but the uncertainty, things changing has triggered anxiety and agoraphobia again. Lack of control probably is there too. That sense of foreboding that you mention, being constantly on high alert.

    Are you getting any help?

I hope you get some respite, take care.

Yes I feel the same - my issues are around fixing things - Being stuck at home with not many people to talk to is hard as I usually talk to loads of people a day.
