Health anxiety out of control

Yesterday I diagnosed my self with gout (toe is much better today), sore throat and sore ear !
Today I have been feeling cold and am convinced I will develop coronavirus tomorrow, as I had a blood test on Thursday for the problems I have with my stomach.
I have taken my temperature over a hundred times today, no temperature yet.
A couple of weeks ago I was convinced I was having a heart attack.
If I do develop coronavirus, my elderly parents who I live with will get it and die.
I feel scared, drained and at the end of my tether...

Call your GP for a phone consult, and tell them. You shouldn't have to live your life like this.

Do your parents depend on you for round the clock care, pb?

No their independent, but organise everything for them.

I'm sure you still do a great job and they must really appreciate you being there. It's a big responsibility though and it's probably taking its toll on you..especially now?

You've had a load of tests recently and your GP hasn't appreciated the extent of your HA. Now is the time to get some help for what you need. Not more tests for conditions you fear you have but don't.
