He has only (officially) been in power since 20th Jan, and you are already writing him off just because he hadn't delivered one of his manifesto pledges straight off.

I know right? As I posted, the COVID relief bill was passed and Americans making 75K or less (150K as a couple) will receive a $1400 stimulus payment that will not be taxable income (there is an income threshold but most won't meet it) and unemployment benefits of $300 additional a week until late summer. That's close to 90% of the country too!

Funds will be allocated to the states for COVID vaccinations and vaccine centers as well as people to man them. It's a big deal!

He also reversed many of Trump's policies that hurt so many people, including immigrants in the process of trying to attain citizenship. That in particular means a lot to my wife and I as her son is part of the DACA scenario. He came here at 6yo and has literally spent thousands of dollars trying to become a citizen. When Trump came into office, he was back to square one and now, he has the opportunity to gain his citizenship at close to 31yo!
