Keep trying, pb. You've had many years of fearing you were ill with various conditions. Maybe you could ask your GP to support you and not send you for tests unless considered absolutely necessary in view of your HA?

I am trying and I know I've been posting alot.Ive had cbt that finishes next week, but has not really helped. I do take all the comments on board, it's just so hard.
I did say to my gp last week that I have HA, the first time I've admitted this to her.

Well done..but I'm amazed that she wasn't aware of this. It's a really positive step, pb and means that you can challenge your HA and liberate yourself from its tentacles. It'll take time ,determination and resilience though but you can do it if you believe that you can!

Pain in side had been good today, but got stressed this afternoon trying to sort out a permit for my parents. Burning pain is back , trying to tell myself this is NOT appendix, but it’s so hard and the pain is real.
It does feel like it’s on my hip.

No, I'm not offering you any reassurance. You need to either seek medical help or learn to manage the fear.

Constantly posting about how awful you feel will only keep you focused on the sensations within your body, and that's the last thing you need to be doing right now.
