I cant control my anxiety, my groin is hurting
Please believe me when I say that constant reassurance seeking will only make it harder. You need to learn to sit with the discomfort.

I am trying to sit with it and I know focusing on a pain makes it worse.
I hope the anti depressants help.
There's a good chance they will, but all antidepressants do is give you the breathing space to work on the anxiety. You still need to look at changing your way of thinking.

I prodded my groin and am now worried I've damaged my bladder. My pelvic area hurts aswell. This is mad I know
It is, but documenting everything here won't help. If you know you're being irrational, it's okay to dismiss those thoughts.
