You've been logged on every time I've been on the forum for the last few weeks. Posting and sitting here waiting for reassurance is not helping you at all Why not log off for a while and find something to do. Listen to music, watch a movie, go for a walk... anything to distract you can help you stop fixating on your irrational thoughts.
