I was talking to my family and all of a sudden my speech slowed.
Instead of saying i dont really flipping know
I said i .... dont .... really... flipping know..
I sounded robotic it was like i had a seizure.
Can anyone explain this?

I mean ive been feeling dizzy for a while now and my left hand is hurting a lot.
My body feels weak.
The speech thing was very strange its never happened to me before.
I sounded like i shut down
