You would be better off saving your money and reading this forum and all the website pages for similar advice in my opinion.
Thanks everyone for your replies. It costs £37 and I understand everyone's feeling about any kind of advice should be free.... I think I'm just looking for a new way to help deal with my panic attacks. Maybe I should just read through some of the success stories on this site. A few months ago I did something I was terrified of and I seem to have gone back a few steps instead of moving forward. My 'thing' is enclosed spaces and just simply feeling my fear - at the moment I'm finding it hard to even get on a bus. Also, I'm moved to a new hospital for work and I need to travel in a lift with patients but I won't go in one - my manager has said that I have to start soon... nightmare.

Anyways, back to the drawing board...
