A few things that helped me

I thought that i would write down a few things that have helped me in terms of relaxing or just getting through a day, i hope any of them help.

    1. If you suffer from fatigue, especially on the morning. Use a loafer to wash yourself. I found this really helped.
    2. A hot bubble bath before bed helped me sleep on nights.
    3. A diary of your daily pains/anxiety can help take the edge off it. I found that by the time i had wrote it down, it had taken the edge off whatever was wrong.
    4. Getting out in the fresh air when i could feel a bad panic attack sometimes prevented it getting worse. Whilst breatheing in through the nose and out through the mouth
    5. If you suffer from constant anxiety for long periods of time(like me), exercise is one of the best ways to feel better. A walk with friend/family helped me the most.
    6. If you have the time, find a hobby that you really enjoy doing.

If i thought long enough i could think of loads that helped me, but these are just a few.

I agree with all of that.

Going for walks whilst listening to the Radio helps me a lot. In fact, just trying to keep the mind busy with things which makes us feel better helps a lot.

OK, the things that are helping me.

    The support of my wife.
    This forum.
Taking my Staffordshire bull terrier 3 walks a day.
Cycling (as soon as I get my bike on Saturday)
Books - especially intelligent books on the subject that give hope.
    Finding the fighting spirit inside.
    Playing computer games (distraction)

I hope everyone finds their own personal ways of getting better. I'm a little way from it yet, but know I will get there.
