Hi I am from the Rhondda in South Wales and I do a lot to help others (kids, over 50's, vulnerable folk) through a variety of positions but my work has dried up via Covid 19. I suffer with tinnitus and IBS with the added stress of assisting elderly parents who do not live near me. I am a worrier so that has converted into some difficult situations. Thanks for the welcome and hope we can bond.
