Anyone any tips or advice for morning anxiety?
Recently had some stress and wasn't sleeping, stress is passed (for now, uni deadlines over!). Had a great night sleep tues and felt amazing yesterday. But today anxiety is back crippling me in mornings. Had an ok slerp, restless. The mornings i just can't function, i have started meditating. It doesn't seem to ease until after lunch.
