Hi everyone..

I thought i'd give this a go.. I'm currently a slave to my own body and mind..
my health anxiety is destroying me at the moment.. i've had a couple of bouts before but nothing this bad.. COVID has triggered this, but i've now moved on to throat cancer and convinced myself i have it.
