    Worried about inflammatory breast cancer

    Please help :(

Google keeps coming up with IBC and I’m so worried.

Suddenly developed a load of pimple like spots between my breasts, and a few red patches on both breasts. The spots keep spreading around and some are coming to a head and disappearing, while some are just going dry and flakey and disappearing. What would cause this? If it was IBC would some of the spots disappear?

I’m scared to bother the doctor during this time but I have bad health anxiety :(

This does not sound AT ALL like IBC. In all my googling (and I’ve done a lot) I’ve never heard of pimples being a symptom. By all means go to the doctor, it’s always good to get breast things checked out but I really really don’t think it sounds worrying

I agree with Jojo. I've been down the IBC rabbit hole several times - and what you are experiencing sounds nothing like anything I read up about it.
