These housing towers are being surrounded by the police and noone is allowed to enter or leave. If you do then you're arrested and fined in the thousands. "Medical professionals" are forcing everyone to be tested. The government is now controlling every aspect of their lives. The police state tactics being used here are worse than anything we have seen in China or North Korea.

It’s a breakout in tower blocks so they’re ensuring people are tested and find out if they need to isolate or not. We’ve actually seen exactly the same type of thing in local breakouts in Beijing but I suppose it’s convenient for you to forget that.
