Why not try those support groups, pb?

I read your post before you deleted it. You could just see what Mind has got to offer?

Why not try the No Panic telephone recovery group (if they still do it)

Hopefully within the next couple of weeks. A mentor will call me once a week for six weeks.

I know it's not a lot but it will give you contact with an empathetic and supportive person who may be able to suggest ways to help with your loneliness too.

It's a really good move on your part and it's never easy making that first step and taking a chance x

Re: pb's Health anxiety worries thread

I’ve been trying not to focus on my HA symptoms, but I feel really scared.
Ive had some tingling in my right shin on and off for about a month, but from yesterday afternoon , I’ve now got some pins and needles in my left leg and foot and it feels strange, not weak , but just not right. I’m thinking this could be the beginning of motor neurone disease. I hoped that when I got up this morning it would of gone. Can anxiety cause this, I not sure it can.
Im waiting for my mentoring to start. These symptoms are real.

Yes, I know, I’ve been looking at my old posts and have seen this. I’m hoping this is an anxiety symptom.

I’ve still got pins and needles in my left foot and slightly in my leg, has anyone had this.
