    Ear, tooth and jaw pain

Another day and another worry. Today I have jaw, tooth and ear pain. I had this a month ago and it got better after a few days. My jaw often makes crunching noises when I eat or move my jaw.
Im worried this is corona and think maybe I should order a test, really worried..

This is the 7th thread in the last couple of weeks. You're very obviously in a spiral. What are you doing in real life to address the real issue?

Sounds like TMJ. I have similar symptoms off and on and have been told I have it. Anxiety will only make it worse!

You explained TMJ exactly. Anxiety is for sure a trigger because you clench your jaw.

I also think it’s likely to be TMJ, I was just panicking.
Fishmanpa- I am spiralling badly and jump from one illness to another, it’s exhausting. I have to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy in the next couple of weeks due to weight loss and positive stool sample.
I have had two rounds of cbt and am now waiting for counselling. I tried anti depressants but they made me feel so sick.
I have a health anxiety book, that I try to look at.
