My throat, ear and teeth on one side are sore and I’m spiralling into what if this is corona, in such a panic!

What are you going to do to bring yourself back down?

Why panic? You’ve been very tense, and probably held those muscles really taut throughout your procedures.

Do you listen to podcasts pb? I found the owning it one so helpful.

In that case, you need to work on disengaging the pain sensation from the fear, as they're two separate things.

I know, I always panic over every symptom. I’ve been very tense and grind my teeth, maybe with the procedures I’ve had on Tuesday.

Try to start noticing when you're tense? I often have to consciously relax my jaw.

I’m going to try, I’m worried it’s an ear infection from the procedures, but it’s on the side where I’ve had pain before.
