Yes, it was lovely to see them. I know that you feel having tests is not good for my HA, but something must be causing the spasms, I really don’t think it’s anxiety and if it’s muscular they come and go.

It’s every post Pb. You answer a question and go back to your pain again. You don’t need to keep mentioning it, you don’t need to keep checking it or testing it. Just try and let it be.

Going to be the bad guy here again (sorry!)

Firstly, why haven't you answered FMP's question? Like Pulisa, he has a lot of experience with living with pain and can offer suggestions to help you manage yours.

Secondly - and I've said this many, many times - as Scass says, the more you talk about and think about your pain, the more you'll be aware of its presence. You need to make a conscious effort to treat it as a non-issue or a minor nuisance, otherwise it'll carry on taking over your life in the way it currently is.

I don’t really see how scaling my pain would help me.
Its pain , that at times is bad and scary.
This morning I also feel really dizzy, think I might have to go to hospital.

It's still rude to ignore people who are trying to help you out, Pb. Besides, the thing with HA is that if something is uncomfortable to think about, it's probably a good idea to sit with the discomfort and try to work out why it's there.

I didn't ask what you were scared of. TV and de-caf is a good start; did you ever learn any breathing exercises?
