Nope never had it but my niece has never been able to cry tears since she was born.

If you are worried then talk to your doctor for advice. I don't think anyone on here can help if they haven't had it.

I will speak to my dr. I tried to.make myself cry, by thinking of sad things and played music that has sad memories and I still couldn't cry. I dont want to never be able to cry again. I.dont know why my tears have dried up, my eyes are dry, but they have been much drier. I know this probably doesnt seem a big deal, but it is to me.

It doesn't need to be a big deal. I really can't cry anymore either. *shrug* No biggie.

There's so much in life we don't know about, though. Acceptance is key.

I've had this fear a few times before and I have been able to cry in the end, but this has been going on for a few weeks.
I know I will have to accept this.
I just don't know whether this is my HA or not, I just know I cant cry at the moment, even when I'm sad.
