I’m trying to stay calm and rational, but it’s really difficult. I feel breathless and my chest feels abit tight, this started yesterday evening. I have taken my blood pressure a couple of times last week and I think the cuff was too tight and mad my hand go blue and now I’m worried this has caused a blood clot and it’s travelled to my heart or lungs.
I don’t sound breathless and can walk up the stairs.
You'll be fine, PB, you might not believe it but you will. I've got a tight chest right now; historically I have a dodgy shoulder and I was shifting heavy books most of last week. Part of me worries, but I know I just have to wait it out.

I am still doing cbt, last session on Friday. I'm trying to look through my sessions.

What did your therapist say about the CT angiogram?
You haven't had many sessions and you're finishing on Friday?
I think I can finally say, I'm doing abit better with my HA. The three sessions of cbt I had were a refresher and I have been trying to use the techniques and resisting the urge to google and to self check.
I have started some counselling through Mind and it was good to have a space to talk.
I'm pleased that I have made some positive changes.
