    Can someone please help.
I have been doing quite well, but this afternoon I needed to do a poop and some of it came out before I got to the toilet.
My mum has incontinence and im really worried this has happened to me.
I spoke to a friend, who said she knows a few people this has happened to.

Happens to me very occasionally, after I've been stressed or a random food hasn't agreed with me.

It’s nothing to worry about PB.

I hope you sorted things out with your friend from your post before this one.

I know I have had a couple of blips and have posted symptoms, but on the whole I'm so much better.
I still get aches and pains, but most of the time, I'm able to be rational and not go down the "Serious Cause " route.
I've had CBT, take anti anxiety medication and am still having counselling. All of these have helped, but the main shift is I just want to be free of HA and not have it being so all consuming.
I'm even going on two short staycations, due to do some school work in September and havent been to A&E for a year!
It's been difficult, but I honestly believe that if I can do it, anyone can. My HA was entrenched and caused me such despair.
I know I posted a similar update in May, but I just wanted to say that I'm still doing well and I'm hoping the changes will continue x

It's really good to hear from you,pb and you sound as if you've made fantastic progress!! Really well done!! It's easy for me to congratulate you but I can imagine that it's been very hard work but so worthwhile if it turns your life around!

The motivation to be finally free of HA domination is the key here..and your strength and determination to reach your goal has certainly paid off.

Enjoy your staycations and how refreshing it is to read such a positive and inspiring post! xx
