Thanks fishman. The bluebells are early, you are right. Don't think it's anything to do with being near to the coast. I have no idea why.
Still no daffodil heads, lol. It's gonna be Easter next weekend and it's doubtful I'll have any daffodils.
Nature is certainly a mystery at times.

Lovely pics, Carn. Some of our erysimums are flowering really well. I don't know why but the ones with rusty brown colours don't seem as hardy. My GF bought one and found the same. Its a shame because when in flower they are really nice.

Not much else yet. Typically the hellebores are taking over the garden but nothing else but the dwarf cherry is out. The roses are growing though so it won't be long.

No daffs here either. They have come up but seem stuck. I think a few flowered, will have to pop out and check, but the ones at the back haven't and they usually do well. Some in the pots just haven't bothered. My GF found tons of them on her lawn which she didn't plant and I'm sure she said they were opening some days.

It’s funny you should say that Terry. I’m finding lots of random daffodils this year that I know I’ve not planted. Some in the lawn too.

Most of my daffs have been and gone. Certainly the ones in pots.

Are they coming up blind or are the buds there but not opened?

Lack of sun probably Terry. And the changeable temperature.
I just love looking at stalks, lol.

I've got a lot of daffs up here, will have to take a photo. Have just reclaimed some tubs from Herb Robert, a pretty little wildflower which springs up everywhere.

I could spend ages in there picking out the various plants Fishman. You seem to have a little bit of everything.

Good grief Darksky, I didn't realise you owned the Forest of Dean!! Is that a wild boar I can see in the distance? My wild garlic is three little clumps. If it starts getting uppity I'll have it with our chicken dinner. I'm assuming you don't have a vampire problems there...
