I just wanted to recommend this podcast. Itís into itís 3rd series, but you should start with the 1st episode of the 1st series because she talks very frankly about what happened to her with anxiety and how it affected her body and mind.

Sheís also written a bestselling book apparently. She has a lovely speaking voice though & itís like listening to a friend chatting along.
