Well im 17 and I have had this for about 2 and a half years...this stops me from going to the cinema with my friends and also in college... If there is a small classroom this affects my learning. I am so annoyed with myself that I don't go in...
Can anyone help me??

Try Going To The Cinema With One Of Your Best Mates/family Members Explain How You Feel To Them And Ask Them To Reassure You A Lot , Try Staying In The Situation In Your Case The Cinema For As Long As You Can And I Promise The Bad Feeling Will Inprove Shut Your Eyes And Take Deep Breaths Also You Can Do This Beacause Your In The Cinema And No One Will Notice Except Maby Your Friend Who Will Support You , If You Manage To Stay Till The End Of The Film I Reckon This Could Could Be The Making Of You
