    Please help me

Ive had knee pain/cramping feeling since last night and usually when i get this type of pain it goes away after 10 mins.
But this time the pain stuck around for the whole night and now this morning.
The pain gets better if i dont move my legs and leave it glue together after a min.
As soon as i move it the overwhelming feeling comes back again.
    I feel nauseous too.
Does anyone know what this is and what i can do?

It’s obviously muscle cramps if it only hurts when you move it. As you get older, you will get more aches and pains. If you use a muscle you haven’t used in awhile, it will hurt the next day.

We’ll, we already know you get shaken when anxious. And you know why your knee hurts. Everything is explained.

Sometimes cramps last a while, it's horrible but harmless. Take a deep breath and rest up today.

It should ease up by tomorrow, it sounds like DOMS.
