    I always do yoga regularly. This would help me back into normal after a panic attack.

    Yes, you can feel even more tired once the anxiety/stress leaves and your stomach can ache a bit as you get used to eating more food. Happens a lot with me. I also have to keep reminding myself that my test results (or whatever) are fine and so am I. Bit's and pieces of it can come back but they should be longer apart in duration.
