    Really struggling this week

Hi all I'm a smoker....I know I know but what's done is done so please don't scold me. Anyway I'm extremely anxious lately about covid. My chest is so tight and I can't tell is this anxiety, reflux or covid? My fiance tested positive for the antibody last month. I just got an antibody test last week waiting for results. Im.just so panicky lately that if I do get covid I'll die because of my smoking history. Just sharing, thank you.

Well, unfortunately, there's really no way to tell until you get that test back. In the meantime, just make sure you take care of yourself. Lots of fluids, rest, relaxation, good sleep, take a break on the alcohol and junk food.
