Is this a mole or skin tag?

I first noticed it last 2016, small and started to bleed after rubbing dead dark skin from it.

No changes since then.

Yesterday, I noticed blood on my neck collar, looked in the mirror and it was bleeding.

I did rubbed it gently because it was itchy and some small crusty flaked of dead skin on it, then it started to bleed again.


Not sure what it is, it's quite small.
Right now it just feels sore, but not sure if its coz of my overreactive mind.

It definitely doesn't look anything like a skin tag , best to get it looked at as none of us could tell you only a doctor , it could be a mole and you caught it on something try not to worry l know that's hard xx
