    Sautéed mushrooms in quinoa with garlic. I don't know what it is that makes it so addictive, but it just sings to my soul!

    Last night had my 1 monthly takeout ... a large dominos! That's my favourite comfort food now.

    Dominos is the only pizza place that gets the cheese right. No idea what cheeses they use, but regular pizza shops don't cut it. Regular pizza shops seem to use straight up mozzarella which makes the cheese far too stringy, hard to chew, and goes hard quickly as it cools.
